You need a virtual number in order to use your phone system or SMS only plan. Go ahead and buy a numberaccording to your country of origin
The number pricing shown in the pricing page represented by your Continent and countries shown according to your permanent country origin. For example if your country is South Africa, you will buy the price plan under SOUTHERN AFRICA.
Then pay and follow prompt. You will be given instruction after payment, and follow link back to the pricing page again to buy your phone system plan
2, CHOOSE A PHONE SYSTEM PLAN OR SMSPLAN
Now you have purchased a number or numbers. Return to pricing page Choose a phone system plan that suits you. Make payment. Follow prompt. At the end, you will have opportunity to give a brief detail for your phone system setup.
Once done. Please sit back and within a short time, you will receive details for your phone account or sms platform or use and your new numbers.
Remember, our phone system allows you to receive calls from anywhere in the world and you can make calls that appear like UK or USA number. This is fantastic for any virtual office.

Does DialCaller have any restrictions?
You can use our service to receive and send calls and text messages as long as the recipient has requested them and can easily opt out.
You must not use our service to send:
- Abusive text messages
- Unsolicited calls or texts
- Spam
- Fraudulent calls and text messages
- Do not use the email feature to blast email. It is strictly only for emailing your contacts and follow ups.
How Does DialCaller Work?
DialCaller is a simple to use call management solution for your business. When someone dials your DialCaller number:
1) The call is answered by your bespoke professionally recorded welcome greeting(option), this in turn gives the caller the list of options available to them.
2) Based on the option selected the call is then forwarded to the extension associated with that option. The call is then connected with the phone number associated with that extension.
Simple really, but connecting a caller to the right person or department makes for happier customers and makes sure that the relevant person gets the call saving on other staff time.
Is there a contract ?
It is not compulsory to have a contract. Your price plan is on a monthly basis. long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout.
Does IT REQUIRE ANY HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE?
No. DialCaller does not require any additional software or hardware. Setting up and managing your account can take place on any computer platform with a standard web browser and access to the Internet – including smartphones and tablets. Calls will then be transferred to any existing landline or mobile number utilising existing handsets (without any adjustment to these).
How can I get my virtual numbers?
Once you have made payment, according to the form you fill (auto redirected after you pay) we select a number from our extensive inventory usually a local landline or mobile number to attach to your chosen phone system service.
